We work and invest along-side management and venture capitalists.
Our execution fees are taken as a blend of cash and equity, based on retained services and performance-based execution, and are closely alignment with company cash-flow and success metrics.
Our exit fees are based on a percentage of the transaction value and tend to fall in-line with or slightly below typical boutique M&A advisory services.
